We want you to be completely satisfied with your Xevon purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, complying with international consumer standards.
1. 30-Day Return Window In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right in the EU, Xevon offers an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Defective Items: If the product is faulty or incorrect, Xevon will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Choice/Remorse: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the international return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.
3. No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
