1. Order Cut-off Time & Timezone Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), based on our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Handling & Transit Time (International Shipping to Germany)

• Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
• Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
• Total Estimated Delivery: 8 - 16 Business Days.

3. Shipping Rates We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to Germany.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import VAT Since orders are shipped internationally, your package may be subject to import VAT (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) or customs duties upon arrival in Germany. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with the German Customs Office (Zollamt) for specific details.

5. Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the carrier to update the status for international shipments.
