1. Order Cut-off Time & Timezone Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Note: Our operations run Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be handled on the following Monday.
2. Handling & Transit Time
- Order Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 - 16 Business Days.
3. Shipping Rates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to Germany. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import VAT As Xevon operates from international logistics hubs, packages sent to Germany are subject to import VAT (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) and potentially customs duties once they reach the German border.
- Responsibility: These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Transparency: Our product prices do not include these local taxes or duties. We recommend contacting the General Directorate of Customs (Zoll) for an estimate of these costs before purchasing.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package via our [Insert Track Order Link] or the carrier's official website. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Address Changes We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of purchase.
